Lucky7 Terms and Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Platform Member

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the lucky7 website at lucky7.lc and all services provided through it, including the lucky7 mobile app.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account and uses lucky7's services.
• "Lucky7" or "We" or "Us" refers to the company that owns and operates the lucky7 platform.
• "Credit" refers to the monetary value in a member's account that can be used to participate in games on the lucky7 platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any free value-adds, free credits, or promotional offers granted by lucky7 to members under certain conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required to validate a lucky7 member's account.
• "Withdrawal" refers to a request to transfer a winning balance from a lucky7 account to a member's bank account or e-wallet.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the lucky7 platform, you must fully meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the use of the platform.
• An individual who is legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Not be on lucky7's self-exclusion list or any recognized responsible gaming exclusion program.
• Not be registering from a jurisdiction or region where the use of lucky7's services is prohibited or restricted under local law.

Lucky7 reserves the right to require proof of age and identity at any time. If you are unable to prove that you meet the eligibility requirements, lucky7 reserves the right to suspend or close your account and withhold any unverified balance.

Each member is only permitted to hold one active account at lucky7. Multiple account registrations by the same individual constitute a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of related balances and bonuses.

3 Member Account

You are solely responsible for the security of your lucky7 account. This responsibility includes:

• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other party.
• Ensure that all personal information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Notify lucky7 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization or if you notice any suspicious activity.
• Be responsible for all transactions and activities that occur within your account, including any transactions made before you report unauthorised access to lucky7.

Lucky7 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings, for an added layer of security. While we provide this feature, the ultimate responsibility for your account's security rests with you.

Lucky7 will never ask for your account password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, please disregard it and report it to our support team immediately.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Lucky7 supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including FPX, local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All financial transactions on the lucky7 platform are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. Daily maximum deposit limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes upon successful payment confirmation.
• Lucky7 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name. lucky7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The KYC verification process must be fully completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically between 15 minutes and 24 hours, depending on the withdrawal method and the time the request is made.
• Lucky7 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before approving any withdrawal request deemed unusual.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Lucky7 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our members' loyalty. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus comes with wagering requirements clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have a set validity period. Any unused bonus or unmet conditions within that period will expire automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: By default, only one active bonus is allowed in your account at any one time, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Bonus Abuse Prohibition: Any attempt to abuse the lucky7 bonus system — including registering multiple accounts, using automated software, or employing betting strategies designed to manipulate bonus conditions — may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the lucky7 platform have their own rules as stated within the respective game interface. The following general rules apply to all games on the lucky7 platform:

• All games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, lucky7 will endeavour to restore game records based on data stored in our system. Results recorded on the lucky7 server are final.
• Lucky7 is not liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the member's end.
• Any attempt to use third-party software, automated bots, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

Lucky7 works exclusively with certified game providers that comply with international industry standards. The Return to Player (RTP) value for each game is available in the respective game information.

7 Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following are strictly prohibited when using the lucky7 platform:

• Registering more than one account or using an account belonging to another person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using the platform for any money laundering or illegal activity financing.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any technical means to conceal your true location in order to bypass jurisdictional restrictions.
• Abusing the bonus system through methods intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language when communicating with the lucky7 support team or other members.
• Making false or unfounded accusations against the lucky7 platform or its staff.

Violations of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate action, including temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, or legal action, depending on the severity of the violation.

8 Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on the lucky7 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of lucky7 or its content providers and is protected by international copyright law.

• You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, republish, upload, transmit, or modify any lucky7 content without prior written consent from lucky7.
• The lucky7 name, logo, slogan, and related brand elements are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.
• Games available on the lucky7 platform are the property of their respective game providers and are protected by their copyrights.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, lucky7 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on the lucky7 platform.
• Platform disruptions or unavailability caused by factors beyond lucky7's control, including technical failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses even if lucky7 has been informed of the possibility of such losses.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment service providers and game providers.

Lucky7 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

10 Account Termination

Termination by Member: You may close your lucky7 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, you must settle all active wagers and withdraw any eligible balance.

Termination by lucky7: lucky7 reserves the right to suspend or close your account with or without prior notice if:

• There has been a breach of any of the terms in this document.
• There is suspected activity involving fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Information provided during registration or KYC was found to be false or misleading.
• There is a requirement based on a regulatory authority directive or court order.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, lucky7 reserves the right to withhold the balance in that account, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation and applicable law.

11 Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaints or disputes regarding the lucky7 platform, we encourage you to follow the procedure below:

1. Contact Customer Support: Report your issue to the lucky7 support team via live chat, available 24/7. Most issues can be resolved at this stage within a short time.
2. Official Appeal: If you are not satisfied with the customer support response, you may submit a formal appeal through the designated channel. Each appeal will be reviewed by lucky7 management within 5 working days.
3. Out-of-Court Settlement: lucky7 is committed to resolving any disputes fairly through negotiation and mediation before considering legal action.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which lucky7 is registered and operates.

12 Changes to Terms

Lucky7 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Such changes take effect immediately upon publication on the lucky7 platform.

For changes deemed material and having a significant impact on members' rights, lucky7 will provide at least 7 calendar days before those changes take effect, via in-platform notifications or email to registered members.

Your continued use of the lucky7 platform after any changes to the terms are published will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.
